Standard shipping: 4–5 business days. Priority options are available at checkout. Dispatch is within 24 hours after print-ready artwork approval.

We ship within 24 hours of approval of print-ready artwork. Artwork that needs changes waits for your approval before production.

Delivery choices

Standard: $9.99, with a $15 next-order credit by email. Rush: $12.99. 2nd Day Air: $32.99. Expedited: $37.99. These are flat rates per order. Checkout estimates update with the date and service you select.

Blind shipping is available as a request at checkout: omit CanvasRack branding and prices from packaging and the customer packing slip.

After payment, your $15 credit code appears in the order confirmation. Use it once toward the canvas subtotal of your next order. No cash value. An email copy is queued; automated store email delivery is not enabled yet, so save the code from your confirmation.

Returns, damage & reprints

Returns for manufacturing defects are accepted within 120 days after delivery. We repair or replace affected canvases at our expense. Covered issues include loose or uneven canvas, bubbles, scratches and fading. To request a reprint or refund, email Support@Canvasrocks.com with your order reference, photos and a description. We review the photos within 24 hours. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we send a return authorization and instructions. Please obtain authorization before returning an item. Canvas Rack LLC pays approved return shipping costs. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, generally within seven business days. Please check your artwork and approved proof carefully. Customer design errors and slight color differences are not manufacturing defects.

Cancellations

Contact support promptly to request a cancellation or change. We will check the production status and confirm whether the request can be accommodated before making any change.
