All five sizes share the same 2:3 shape, so they mix well on gallery walls.
Quick sizing tips
- Above a sofa or bed: choose art about two-thirds the furniture's width—usually 20×30 or 24×36.
- Desk or shelf: 8×12.
- Gallery wall: mix 8×12, 12×18, and 16×24 around a 20×30 anchor.
Which size is the best value?
Per square inch, the 24×36 is the best value (about $0.09 per square inch). The 8×12 is the most budget-friendly overall and an easy gift size.
Does my photo limit my size?
Larger sizes need more pixels. Canvas Rack checks every upload at about 150 PPI and tells you which sizes will print sharply.
